THE EVIRA METHOD

An evidence-based treatment methodology

The Evira Method builds independence and self-confidence in both the patient and their family. It is based on individually set goals and empowerment — not instruction.

Conventional treatment requires ≥26 hours of professional support per year (US Preventive Services Task Force). Evira achieves better outcomes with approximately 3 hours per year of digital support plus 4 clinic visits — enabling intensive long-term follow-up at a fraction of the resource cost.
